The tennis program is a major highlight, with multiple courts (including clay and hard surfaces), leagues, clinics, and private lessons. It caters to beginners through advanced players, as well as junior development program. A brand new 4 court Pickleball facility was just completed and the Pickleball programs. leagues and events are now a major part of the Program. We are seeking an experienced and energetic, business minded Head Racquet Sports Professional to lead on court instruction in our tennis and pickle ball programs The Head Racquet Sports Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional on-court instruction, overseeing with the Director junior development, and fostering a vibrant, community focused racquet sports culture. The ideal candidate is a strong coach, proven program builder, and natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Responsibilities 20+ on court hours teaching all ages and abilities Work together with the racket sports director to deliver quality programming, events, and encouragement to the community. Positive, professional, and enthusiastic on court Assist with maintenance of racquet sports facilities Excellent communication skills and customer service Conduct private and group lessons to all ages and levels of players Assist with all aspects of the Racquets Program. Knowledge of Har-Tru and Clay Tech is preferred as the Head Racquets Professional will be involved with weekly maintenance of the six (6) courts. Coaching & Instruction Deliver high-quality private and group instruction across all skill levels Mentor junior players and understanding of the ROGY pathway. Support tournaments, socials, and special events Assist in all marketing and growth of the tennis program Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of racquet sports coaching and program management experience Current RSPA, PTR, PPR, or equivalent certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. This is mandatory! Demonstrated success growing lesson/program revenue Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed Passion and energy for community engagement and player development
