Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Three years of experience in collegiate athletics, student athlete development. Knowledge of NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Understanding of student-athlete development principles, including leadership, personal growth, mental wellness, career readiness, and life skills programming. Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics, preferably at the NCAA Division I level. Familiarity with academic support services, campus resources, and student success initiatives. Understanding of recruiting and retention strategies within a collegiate athletics environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage student-athletes, coaches, administrators, alumni, and community partners.
