Overview Assistant Golf Professional Rochester Country Club - Rochester, NH Join one of New Hampshire's premier daily-fee golf facilities and become part of a growing, energetic golf operation committed to delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. Rochester Country Club is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the golf industry who is looking to build a long-term career in club operations. Position Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests Assist with daily golf shop operations Coordinate and execute tournaments, leagues, and member events Merchandise and maintain an attractive golf shop Manage tee sheet operations and point-of-sale transactions Assist with outside operations as needed Enforce pace of play and maintain a positive golf experience Represent the club in a professional manner at all times Experience Required Compensation & Benefits Full-Time, Year-Round Employment Competitive salary based on experience Health and Dental Insurance available after the applicable waiting period PGA Education support for qualified candidates Playing and practice privileges Employee merchandise discounts Paid vacation and holidays (per company policy) Opportunities for professional development Growth Opportunity This position offers excellent opportunities for advancement within Rochester Country Club and our ownership group. Essential Responsibilities Qualifications Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player Previous golf operations experience is preferred but not required Candidates who are currently pursuing or interested in beginning the PGA Professional Program are strongly preferred We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and a desire to learn Benefits Health/Dental/Vision- % paid by club Shift Meal Discounted Merchandise and Possible Staff Contract
