Job Description

Overview Rock Bottom Golf at Morgan's Crossing is seeking dependable, service-oriented individual to join our Seasonal Golf Shop team located at the Rock Bottom Golf Pro Shop at Morgan's Crossing Golf Course. This role is essential to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests while supporting the daily operations of the golf shop. Experience Required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system familiarity
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
  • Reliable availability during peak seasonal hours
  • Golf knowledge or retail experience preferred but not required Essential Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional golf shop environment Assist customers with merchandise selection, sales transactions, and special orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, including restocking shelves and displays Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions, tee time check-ins, and inventory updates Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding tee times, merchandise, and club services Assist with receiving, pricing, and displaying new merchandise Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or special-order needs to management Help manage tee time reservations and golfer check-in procedures Assist with tournaments, outings, leagues and promotional events Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager Benefits • Employee golf privileges • Employee merchandise discounts • Opportunities for professional development • Flexible scheduling
