Job Description
Want to get paid to energize students, lead games, and make a real impact in local schools? At Apex Leadership Co., we bring leadership development and fundraising programs to elementary and middle schools across Central Ohio. Our team members spend two exciting weeks at each school delivering engaging leadership lessons, building school spirit, and running fun-filled events like Fun Runs and Color Games that help schools raise funds. We're looking for high-energy, reliable, and purpose-driven individuals who love working with kids and thrive in a fast-paced, interactive environment. What You'll Do As an Apex Team Member, you'll help bring our fundraising programs to life by: Leading engaging leadership lessons and activities for students Bringing energy to classrooms and pep rallies with enthusiasm and positivity Hosting fun athletic based events such as Fun Runs, Glow Runs, and Color Games Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff Encouraging student participation in fundraising efforts that support local schools Creating an exciting and memorable experience for the entire school community What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy working with children Bring high energy, positivity, and confidence to every interaction Are dependable, organized, and punctual Are comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading activities Can lift up to 50 lbs Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Can pass a background check Schedule We are looking for team members who are able to commit to a 6 week position, with opportunity for being a part of our team in the fall season for those interested . Paid training (no prior experience required) School programming is ran Monday through Friday during school hours About Apex Leadership Co.
