This is not a typical retail position. We are looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors industry, works well with customers, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities Assist customers with firearms, archery, optics, and hunting equipment Help with bow setup, tuning, and general archery work Maintain organized inventory and showroom appearance Assist with receiving and stocking products Support customers with suppressor and NFA processes Help with events, matches, and in-store promotions Provide honest, knowledgeable customer service Qualifications Strong interest in hunting, shooting sports, or archery Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment Comfortable learning compliance and paperwork procedures Must be at least 18 years old Preferred Experience Archery setup or tuning experience Firearms knowledge Retail or customer service background Experience with long-range shooting or hunting equipment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts Hands-on experience with top outdoor brands Opportunity to grow within the company Work in an industry you actually enjoy Schedule Part-time or full-time positions available Some Saturdays required About Us Tascosa Creek Outfitters is a hunting-focused firearms and archery shop in Amarillo, Texas specializing in precision rifles, archery equipment, suppressors, optics, and outdoor gear.
