Essential Responsibilities checking in members and guests, managing the tee sheet, processing merchandise sales, answering phone calls, assisting with tournament preparation ensuring the golf shop remains organized and presentable at all times. develop product knowledge of apparel, equipment, and club services in order to provide informed recommendations and enhance the member experience.
