(JO) Build Athletes. Build Confidence. Build Something Special. H-Town Elite Gymnastics is growing, and we're looking for experienced, passionate Competitive Team Coaches to join our coaching staff! We are hiring for both our XCEL and USA Gymnastics Development Program (formerly JO) programs. Rather than hiring for one specific program upfront, we're looking for talented coaches first. Program placement will be determined through the interview process based on each candidate's experience, strengths, coaching style, and where they will be the best fit within HTown Elite. Whether your background is primarily XCEL, Development Program/JO, or a combination of both , we want to hear from you.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous competitive gymnastics coaching experience Experience with XCEL and/or USA Gymnastics Development Program (JO) Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, progressions, technique, and safe skill development Ability to motivate athletes while maintaining a positive and productive training environment Strong spotting, communication, and organizational skills Experience preparing athletes for competition Dependable, professional, and committed to being part of a team Coaches who are excited to contribute ideas and help strengthen a growing competitive program
WHERE WILL YOU FIT?
We recognize that every great coach brings different strengths. Some candidates may be an excellent fit for our XCEL Program , while others may be better suited for our Development Program (JO) . Some experienced coaches may have the ability to work across both programs. During the interview process, we'll discuss your coaching background, preferred levels, experience, strengths, and goals to determine where you can make the greatest impact within HTown Elite.
