Required Qualifications:

Design, configure, implement, and maintain RSA Archer GRC solutions Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Configure Archer applications, workflows, forms, questionnaires, and access controls Develop and support REST API and web service integrations with enterprise platforms Perform JavaScript and jQuery customizations within Archer applications Support risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives Troubleshoot application issues, perform defect resolution, and optimize system performance Create and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and implementation plans Collaborate with security, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC Follow change management, release management, and governance processes for deployments Support system enhancements, production support, and ongoing maintenance activities Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory standards Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training documentation Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
