Head Golf Professional / Director of Golf Position Overview Kissing Tree Golf Club is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience to residents and guests while supporting daily operations, instruction, merchandising, and tournament administration. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide outstanding member and guest service in all areas of golf operations Assist with daily operations of the golf shop, including tee time management and point-of-sale systems Support tournament and event administration, including planning, scoring, and on-course supervision Provide golf instruction to individuals and groups, including clinics, junior programs, and practice sessions Assist with merchandise sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising Enforce club policies, pace-of-play standards, and golf etiquette Coordinate with the golf course maintenance team to ensure optimal playing conditions Support staff training and supervision as needed Qualifications & Skills PGA Associate or Class A PGA Professional (or actively pursuing PGA Professional status) Previous experience in golf operations, instruction, or tournament management preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proficiency with golf shop POS systems and tournament software Passion for teaching the game of golf and growing the game at all levels Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods Ability to lift and carry golf equipment and merchandise up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in various weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary or hourly compensation (commensurate with experience) PGA dues allowance (if applicable) Playing and practice privileges Merchandise discounts Opportunities for professional development and advancement Health benefits and retirement plan options (if applicable) How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a résumé and cover letter to: Dave Carlisle dave.carlisle@troon.com Kissing Tree Golf Club
