We are hiring the following:

Head Coach , Offensive / Defensive Coordinator , in our VA Beach market, with a focus on fostering teamwork, skill development, and game-day execution at the highest level. Responsibilities Design and implement strategic game plans, strategies and training programs. Oversee your group of athletes and staff to ensure player development aligns with the team goals. Conduct performance reviews, film analysis, and opponent scouting. Coordinate logistics for practices, games, and travel. Promote a culture of discipline, motivation, and mutual respect. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in football coaching, coordination, or team management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Deep knowledge of offensive and/or defensive systems, as well as special teams.
