In this energetic role, you'll handle food preparation, cashiering, and food service duties with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy fast, delicious meals in a clean and welcoming setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems for order processing, payments, and refunds Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant meets sanitation standards Support team members with food prep, serving orders promptly, and managing food industry best practices Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy are essential Experience in food preparation or culinary roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly desirable Prior experience working in a café or fast-food environment will help you adapt quickly to our fast-paced setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry while delivering memorable guest experiences.
