About Us At Bruster's, Mesa location, we don't just serve ice cream — we create joy in every scoop! We're passionate about crafting high-quality, small-batch ice cream using fresh ingredients and bold flavors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ice Cream Makers to join our team and help bring our sweet creations to life. Position Overview As an Ice Cream Maker, you'll play a hands-on role in producing our signature ice cream, sorbets, and mix-ins. From prepping ingredients to churning and flavoring, you'll be part of the magic behind the scenes that keeps our customers coming back for more. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce ice cream according to established recipes and quality standards Measure, mix, and process ingredients with precision and care Monitor texture, consistency, and flavor of each batch Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area and equipment Properly label and store batches for retail and service use Collaborate with the team to develop new seasonal flavors (optional/flexible) Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines Assist in inventory checks and ingredient stocking as needed Qualifications Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
