In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Crepe , Ice Cream with delicious ice cream flavors and Boba tea , ensuring high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and serving ice cream products. Handle cash register transactions accurately using Clover POS systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as needed. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote additional sales. Skills Experience in food service or the food industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems,. Strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices to ensure safety and quality. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a café environment, demonstrating a friendly demeanor and customer-focused attitude. Have Food handling certificate and also have references.
