We are inclusive, fun, and customer-centered — our mission is to serve smiles with fresh, all-natural Doc Popcorn, Dippin' Dots, Slush Puppie, and other delicious snack favorites!

Position Overview:

As a Team Member, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. We're looking for enthusiastic, talkative, and friendly individuals who are motivated to meet and exceed sales goals while offering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers with a warm smile and positive attitude Offer product samples and suggest fun flavor combinations Ask for the sale, upsell additional items, and highlight the value of refillable products Build rapport to create repeat customers and brand loyalty Product Preparation Prepare popcorn according to recipes and brand standards Ensure consistency and quality in every batch Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Sweep/mop as needed and clean popcorn kettles and kiosk equipment Stocking & Inventory Restock product throughout the shift Must be able to lift 50 lb. bags of corn or sugar when required Why Join Us?
