Job Overview Looking for a fun first job (or a flexible one that fits school, sports, and life)? eegee's Store Crew members are the heart of our stores — especially in our fast-moving drive-thru. You'll help create great guest experiences, prep delicious food and drinks, and keep the store clean and running smoothly. No experience needed — we'll train you! What You'll Do As a Store Crew Member, you'll begin at Level 1 and advance through different levels, working as part of a team to keep things moving fast and friendly. Each level certification comes with a pay increase, and commemorative pin: Level 1
  • Master all things eegee's production and fries with great attention to detail and quality. Level 2
  • Become an expert sandwich builder focusing on speed and accuracy.. Level 3
  • Create one of a kind guest experiences while mastering your order taking skills. Level 4
  • Take your skills to the next level as a high-energy drive thru expert. Level 5
  • Bring your skills full circle by becoming a Shift Leader!
What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude — being nice matters here! Willingness to learn and try new things Ability to handle more than one task at a time (especially during busy drive-thru rushes) Good communication and teamwork skills Basic math skills (nothing scary — just counting change and quantities) Ability to follow recipes and food safety rules Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Minimum Requirements Guest service skills (experience is a plus, but not required) Must have a current Food Handler's Card Physical Requirements Standing and moving for most of your shift (breaks included) Working around hot equipment, cold freezers, and loud noises Lifting up to 50 lbs Using your hands, arms, and legs a lot — bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout your shift Staying focused and alert in a fast-paced environment Why Work at eegee's?
