The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Pastry Cooks to join our team at Paseo in Anaheim, California . As a pastry Cook, you will prepare the bakery products at Paseo and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality. What will you do? Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines More about you No experience or diploma required Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions Shift details Evenings Days Holidays M-F Weekends Who we are Delaware North's Patina Group is a a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world.
