As a Baker at Crumbl Cookies, you will assist in baking, decorating, and serving delicious cookies to our customers, ensuring a warm and friendly environment. You'll uphold quality standards, provide excellent customer service, and keep the bakery clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:

Learn how to mix dough, bake cookies and follow Crumbl's recipes and standards. Decorate and package cookies with care and attention to detail. Greet customers, take orders, and handle card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and front-of-house areas. Stock ingredients and other supplies. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Previous baking or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Basic math and computer skills. Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends is a must.
