Qualifications Baking:
3 years (Required) Volume baking production: 3 years (Required) Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Coordinate daily production flow to meet volume, timing, and quality expectations Proficient in using Mixers and other kitchen tools safely and effectively. Ability to follow recipes accurately. Promote a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. A passion for baking and a desire to continuously improve skills within the culinary field. Communicate clearly with department leadership and respond promptly to direction .
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pies, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Ensure all food products are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize kitchen equipment effectively, including ovens, mixers, and various baking equipment. Monitor proofing, baking times, oven temperatures, and overall product flow Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area during and after shifts. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and fulfill customer orders efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management. . The pay rate will be based on experience and knowledge. Experience and knowledge in a commercial bakery is required. A experienced Lead baker will have knowledge in Baking bread, mixing doughs, making Pies and Pastries. Theses are early morning shifts.. 4:00 am-12:30pm and or 5:00am-1:30pm -Thursday-Monday (During Holidays Scheduled will vary.
