The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious products that delight our customers while adhering to food safety guidelines. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to established recipes. Ensure all baked items are produced in accordance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily baking schedules. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking special orders when required. Assist in catering events by preparing baked goods that meet specific client needs. Stay updated on current trends in the food industry to innovate new recipes and offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker using hand baking and tools Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with catering operations is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends
