In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food products from our kitchen to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a background in the food industry, including experience in culinary or kitchen environments. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport food items to designated locations. Ensure all deliveries are made on time while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Handle food packages with care, ensuring they are properly secured for transport to maintain quality. Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed in the kitchen before deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch of deliveries. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to cooking, catering, or food preparation is preferred. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, especially if you have experience working in restaurants or kitchens. Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 pounds safely.
