job duties:

make all cakes, cupcakes, and desserts properly record recipe quantities and helpful hints for baking make product to order and fulfill all orders for the week properly package and label items per order clean equipment, dishes, and work station monitor baking time so as not to burn product Pastry and early morning baking be careful when measuring ingredients as to not be wasteful or make mistakes make fillings and icings for the week discard outdated product keep fridges clean and organized split and fill cakes make tasting sample kits ice cakes, kitchen cakes and anniversary cakes fill and ice cupcakes when needed and available deliver cakes keep kitchen and work stations clean and organized pack up pedestals for orders clean and put away returned cake pedestals make fondant decor decorate custom and wedding cakes make cake boards these are just examples of the tasks that are required with this position. other tasks may be asked of you as needed and tasks will vary week to week
