Pizza Prep SpecialistTrust the Crust.
At EZPZ, great pizza starts long before the first order comes in.
We re looking for a Pizza Prep Specialist to help keep our kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for service. This role is responsible for ingredient preparation, station setup, and supporting the pizza team during busy shifts.
You ll work closely with the Dough Specialist and Pizza Specialists to ensure every shift starts prepared and ends strong.
What You ll DoPrep Ingredients

You ll work closely with the Dough Specialist and Pizza Specialists to ensure every shift starts prepared and ends strong.
What You ll DoPrep Ingredients
- Prepare sauces, cheeses, vegetables, and proteins
- Portion ingredients according to EZPZ standards
- Label, store, and rotate products properly
- Maintain consistency and quality in every prep taskSupport the Pizza Line
- Set up stations before service
- Restock ingredients throughout the shift
- Assist with pizza builds when needed
- Help maintain speed and flow during peak hoursKeep the Kitchen Organized
- Maintain clean prep stations and storage areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with daily cleaning and closing tasks
- Help keep the kitchen service-ready at all timesWhat We re Looking For
