Crumbl is a franchise that specializes in cookies! Not only do our 6 flavors get made in store inside an open kitchen for all to admire, but they change every week! Employees on a typical day will mix and store doughs and toppings, bake fresh cookies, and clean. We offer a flexible schedule at $17.80/hr plus tips with weekly pay and employee discounts. There are always ways to grow with us! We're looking for both part-time and full-time employees with fairly open availability. Someone able to work well with others in a fast paced environment who is able to work in every section of the store (we offer a variety of things to do throughout the day rather than staying in once play for a whole shift). Each day is filled with multiple tasks to complete, but our goal is to get them done as quickly and in the easiest way possible for you. Hours Open Monday-Saturday 9am-10pm Employees typically start at 8am and leave by 10:30pm We are closed on Sundays and some holidays Responsibilities Able to work in a fast paced environment Great customer service (able to greet each customer, answer questions, have a respectful and positive attitude) Able to carry 25-50 lbs daily Able to finish each task in a timely and efficient manner Have great team work and can take the initiative
