Job Duties:

Welcome guests and remain positive and approachable throughout the entire experience Understand studio policies and procedures to accurately answer questions in person and through phone inquiries Solve the difficulties customers encounter in the store Assist the customers with their dessert making Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Wash all utensils used by customers during dessert making Keep the studio and equipment clean and tidy Assist with replenishing and preparation of baking supplies

Requirements:

Be courteous, punctual, responsible, and team-minded, with strong work ethic. Those who can work stably are preferred. Baking-related experience is preferred, but no experience is needed.
