Requirements:

• Experience with baking cakes in a high volume kitchen and mixing processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Proficiency with knives and kitchen tools.
• Familiarity with bakery operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Food safety certification required
