Essential Duties and Responsibilities Take orders for cakes, baked goods, and catering services. Answer phone calls and provide information about bakery and deli products. Assist guests with questions about products, ingredients, and special orders. Prepare and accurately record special orders to meet guest expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, creating a positive experience. Work with team members to support daily bakery, deli, front-of-house (FOH), and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Maintain a positive, professional, and flexible attitude while promoting teamwork. Communicate respectfully and effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and management. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills.
