Decorating cakes with consistent quality and artistic flair that meet Baskin-Robbins brand standardsManaging high-volume cake orders while maintaining attention to detail and presentationFollowing established recipes and design guidelines to ensure brand consistencyCollaborating with team members to fulfill customer orders on scheduleMaintaining a clean and organized decorating workspaceContributing to a positive, customer-focused work environment
