Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef with experience in baking and decorating cakes. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, creativity, and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment and is excited to work early mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake cakes, muffins for online orders and service Frosts and decorates cakes with swiss meringue buttercream Produce a variety of pastries, tarts, and baked goods consistently to high standards Bake and decorate cakes for everyday sales and special orders Maintain ingredient inventory, storage, and proper food safety standards Collaborate with the team to plan daily production schedules Ensure bakery production areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
