Summary Cookie Zombie is seeking a passionate and skilled baker/short order cookie to join our team at our Redondo Beach location. As a key member of our bakery, you will help craft and deliver mouthwatering cookies that delight our customers and uphold our commitment to quality. This role is based in Redondo Beach and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing food business. Responsibilities Bake cookies and other bakery items. Prep cookie dough. Package baked goods for delivery and shipping Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. Assist in food production and preparation tasks as needed. Ensure timely delivery of fresh baked cookies. Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or related culinary fields. Comfortable working with a convention oven. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills. Prior experience in food production or catering is a plus. Passion for baking and creating delightful treats.
