Baker Uncle fluffy Japanese Cheesecake Riverside, CA Job Details Part-time From $19 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Food production Pre-cooking preparation Teamwork Food hygiene English Attention to detail Baked goods Full Job Description In this position you will be responsible for preparing and baking our signature Japanese Cheesecake while maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness in the kitchen. You will operate and monitor commercial ovens to ensure products are baked properly and consistently. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Follow recipes and baking procedures to mantain quality and presentation standards. You will measure, mix (commercial and non-commercial mixer), and prepare ingredients accuratly. Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product quality throughout your shift. Label, store, and rotate products properly using FIFO methods. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times. Bakers help ensure every product meets Uncle Fluffy's standards before reaching our customers. Experience is REQUIRED, we are looking for candidates that have experience with baking, mixing, and commercial oven usage.
