Full Job Description English Summary:
Bakers are responsible for make a variety of breads, pies, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pastries. Measures ingredients, makes and shapes dough, manages the baking process, and sometimes decorates the product. Everyday oversee bread's counters to see how much production of bread will do. Responsible for keeping ingredients fresh. Monitor bakery productivity and ensure that they comply with quality standards. Track inventory and order supplies to the Store manager. Receive merchandise from suppliers. Coordinate department activities and employees' work. Maintain the workstation sanitary, clean and organize. Compliance with all food safety standards, be it food handling or machinery. Understand how to use a variety of bakery equipment, including knives, pots and pans, ovens, and mixers machine. Pay rate based on level of skill and experience
Spanish Resumen:
Los panaderos tienen la responsabilidad de hacer una variedad panes, tartas, bizcochos, galletas y pasteles. Mide los ingredientes, hacer y formar la masa, gestiona el proceso de cocción, y en ocasiones decora el producto. Cada día supervisa el mostrador del pan de la tienda para ver cuanta producción de pan hará. Responsable de mantener los ingredientes frescos. Entendimiento de cómo utilizar una variedad de equipos de panadería, incluyendo cuchillos, ollas y sartenes, hornos y máquinas mezcladoras.
