We focus on croissants, viennoiseries, and pastries with Filipino-Asian inspired flavors.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake pastries, croissants, and doughs Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow recipes and assist with prep Work efficiently in early morning hours
Requirements:
1-2 years of baking experience Valid Food Handler's Card Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn new techniques Experience with laminated doughs/pastries is a plus, but not required Must be available to work on the weekends
Compensation:
$19-$25
