Baker

Portside Bakery is looking for a skilled and experienced full-time baker to join our small team. Join us in creating high quality artisan bread and pastries that have built up a loyal following in Marin and San Francsico! As a full-time baker at Portside, you will play a crucial role on our crew. Your responsibilities will include mixing, shaping, and baking bread, and collaborating with our pastry chef on prep work and pastry production. This role can either be done over five days (Sunday-Thursday) or over four days (Thursday-Sunday).

Qualifications:

Experience working as a baker in a professional kitchen, ideally with high hydration breads Proficiency in working with a deck oven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently while managing time efficiently Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with other team members in a shared space At Portside, we value the dedication and expertise of our team members.
