Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Macaron Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in baking macarons or similar delicate pastries and must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment. Responsibilities include preparing macaron batter, piping, baking, and filling macarons according to our established recipes and standards. The baker will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all products meet our quality standards, and managing baking times and temperatures for consistency. The ability to troubleshoot and ensure precision in the baking process is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare macaron shells and fillings from scratch using our recipes. Accurately pipe, bake, and sandwich macarons. Monitor quality control and ensure macarons meet aesthetic and flavor standards. Clean and maintain baking equipment and workstations. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience with macaron baking or similar pastry techniques. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work early morning shifts (5 am - 1 pm). Mon-Th Team-oriented with good communication skills.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
