What You'll Do:

Shape dough and operate a dough sheeter with precision and confidencePrepare a variety of products including boules, ciabatta, burger buns, pizzas, and bagelsFollow established recipes consistently while maintaining quality standardsMeasure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accuratelyKnead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed throughout your shiftMonitor oven temperatures and speed settings to ensure perfect baking results

What We're Looking For:
