We are looking to fill a few part-time Customer Service and / or Baker positions in the bakery! We have openings at our Boulder location and our Arvada location. Willingness to travel between bakeries is a bonus! At Great Harvest no two days will look the same. If you want to be part of a team that strives for generosity, serving others, building community, and baking phenomenal bread please apply! Experience in a bakery or café is a plus, but not required. More important to us at Arvada Boulder Great Harvest Bakery & Café is an enthusiasm for our products, an excitement to help our customers, a deep desire to create delicious and beautiful products, and a willingness to jump in and learn. It is important to realize that we function as a team, and although you may have one title, we prefer to cross-train employees so you can jump in and help wherever needed. Positive Attitude IntegritySERVER/FRONT OF HOUSE/CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Friendly demeanor to greet and help customers
- Help each customer to leave knowing they came to the right place
- Ability to stand on feet for multiple hours on concrete floors
- Follow directions to make some tasty sauces and spreads from scratch
- Slice deli meats and prepare fresh vegetables
- Make to order beautiful and delicious, hot and cold sandwiches and beverages in a timely manner
- Ability to keep your cool under pressure
- Willingness to jump in and learn new things to help fellow employees
- Enjoy learning about and tasting all the products so you feel comfortable to suggest tasty treats to Great Harvest customers
- Able to work quickly while maintaining the best quality in all our products
- Likes to have fun and enjoy the Great Harvest Arvada family
- Selling new things with a smiling face
