Summary The Culinary Intern at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is responsible for working as part of a team and focuses on working in the various kitchens of the hotel. Culinary Interns are accountable for delivering the same quality of product every time. Candidates must havepleted a professional culinary program, or be currently enrolled in a culinary program, which includes banquet cooking. Candidates must also demonstrate goodmunication skills, good knife skills, product knowledge and identification, and basic knowledge of cooking methods, such as baking, braising, steaming, broiling, frying, poaching.

Qualifications Qualifications for this position: Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays 2nd or 3rd year student Studying culinary or hospitality Available for Summer 2026 The Salary for this position is $22.00/hour Benefits include: Sick pay - Earn (1) hour of sick pay for every (30) hours worked with a maximum of (48) hours per year. Employee/Friends & Family Rate Room Nights Complimentary meal in High Plains during shift Employee may elect to contribute to 401k after 30 days Use of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) This position is a temporary full-time position.
