- French Pâtisserie & Café located in New Canaan, CT About us: Saisons Sucrées (Sweet Seasons) is a high-end patisserie and café serving refined and innovative French pastry, bread, sandwiches, chocolate, coffee and tea.
The role:

Responsibilities:
- Reports to the the Head Baker/Pastry Chef and is responsible for assisting in the daily production of breads, Viennoiserie and pastry
- Maintain cleanliness of all workstations
- Adhere to all Dept.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player!
- Pastry/Boulangerie certificate or degree from a reputable institution; or be able to demonstrate equivalent skills
- Willing to work bakery hours (early mornings and weekends)
- Experience with the following: Bread, Viennoiserie (lamination)
- Basic experience with (preferred): Choux, Sponges, Short crusts, Mousses, creams and fillings, Entremets, Macarons, Confiserie, Chocolate work, etc.
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred
