Duties Prepare a variety of pies, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods following established recipes and standard Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, knives, and pastry tools Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness and presentation quality Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards Assist in baking and preparation tasks for catered events or high-volume production runs Support food safety management practices by monitoring ingredients, storage conditions, and hygiene standards Experience Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a commercial kitchen or bakery setting. Alternatively, culinary or baking school can be substituted to meet this requirement. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures in the food industry Experience with high-volume production environments preferred Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency across products Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes as needed Join us to craft delicious baked goods!
