This role is ideal for someone reliable, motivated, and comfortable working overnight. While previous bakery experience is not required, we strongly value candidates with experience who can contribute positively to our team. What matters most is availability, punctuality, and consistency. The shift starts at 11:00 PM sharp and follows a fixed, consistent schedule . Please do not apply if you are unable to start work at this time. Schedule & Availability Overnight shift Start time: 11:00 PM Consistent, non-rotating schedule Full-time or part-time options available Key Responsibilities Ferment croissants and other bakery products Monitor and control fermentation throughout the shift Manage rotation of frozen products following FIFO standards Bake products according to production schedule and quality standards Decorate products as needed (training provided) Package finished products accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Wash, sanitize, and properly store all utensils, tools, and equipment Perform basic inventory tasks and report shortages Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Communicate production notes to the morning team Requirements Must be able to work overnight consistently Must be able to start work at 11:00 PM Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable following procedures and schedules Ability to work independently overnight Physically able to stand for long periods and handle trays/products Strong attention to detail (especially for fermentation and rotation) This Role Is NOT a Fit If You cannot work overnight You cannot start at 11:00 PM You are only looking for daytime shifts You need a flexible or rotating schedule Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time or part-time options Stable, predictable schedule Training provided Opportunity to grow within the production team Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in a professional bakery environment Experience with overnight or early-morning shifts Bread or pastry production experience Decorating experience (optional)
