Job Description

Scratch baking bread. Mixing and scaling dough. Controlling oven time and temperature for bread. We are willing to train in bench work, cookies and pastries, decorating experience a plus. This is a night shift position. Minimum 5 years experience in scratch baking. Although not a necessity, knowledge in Italian bakery products is also a plus. Scaling, Mixing, molding, oven. We are a drug free work place. Good pay and benefits.
