Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Bakers & Chocolatiers Are you passionate about baking and creating handcrafted chocolate treats? We are looking for talented Bakers & Chocolatiers to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Bake and decorate cupcakes, rum cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts Create premium chocolates, truffles, rum balls, chocolate-covered treats, and confections Develop new dessert and chocolate recipes Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and taste Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with packaging and preparation for retail and wholesale orders Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Requirements:
Experience in baking, pastry arts, or chocolate making Ability to decorate cakes, cupcakes, and desserts creatively Knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and truffle production Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Food safety knowledge preferred
