Responsibilities Prepare and bake bread, pastries, following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently Ensure all baked items meet quality standards through proper baking times and temperature controls Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Skills Proven experience in baking within a commercial kitchen or bakery setting Knowledge of food safety management practices to ensure hygiene and compliance with industry standards Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency across large batches of baked products Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking tools Basic math skills for measuring ingredients precisely and managing inventory levels effectively Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
