Front-of-House:

Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service. Accurately process sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle cash and credit card payments. Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and pricing, and provide recommendations. Take special orders for custom cakes or other baked goods. Package and label items for sale, ensuring products are presented attractively. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter, display cases, and dining area. Monitor stock levels in display cases and restock with fresh products as needed. Kitchen Helper /

Back-of-House:

Assist bakers and kitchen staff with food preparation, including measuring and mixing ingredients, and preparing batters and doughs. Perform kitchen tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling baked goods or other items. Wash dishes, utensils, baking trays, and other kitchen equipment. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic work environment. Assist with the unloading and stocking of deliveries. Help with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning floors and sanitizing surfaces. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in a bakery, retail, or food service environment is a plus. Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding order accuracy and cleanliness. Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability, including the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
