Mrs. Fields at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens is looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Bakery Associate to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking for a part-time morning job . No previous experience is required — we provide paid training!

Position:

Part-Time Bakery Associate As a Bakery Associate, you will learn multiple aspects of working in a busy bakery and retail environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Baking and preparing Mrs. Fields cookies and other products Decorating cookies, cookie cakes, and bakery items Taking customer orders and providing friendly customer service Working at the cashier and handling transactions Assisting customers at the counter Keeping the bakery, counter, and work areas clean and organized Restocking products and supplies Helping maintain a positive, clean, and welcoming environment Schedule Part-Time Position Morning shifts available Sundays OFF Consistent part-time schedule Ideal for college students or individuals looking for daytime/morning work Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old No experience necessary — paid training provided Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Reliable, responsible, and punctual Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn baking and decorating techniques Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, retail store, cashier position, customer service, or food service is helpful but not required .
