Emerald Coast Bread Company is looking for a hardworking and passionate Morning Baker / Delivery Driver to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This dual-role position is perfect for an early riser who loves the craft of baking and takes pride in getting fresh, delicious products into the hands of our customers. Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards Manage morning production schedules to ensure all products are baked, packaged, and ready for delivery on time Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing stations Load and organize delivery vehicle with accuracy, ensuring all orders are complete and properly packaged Deliver baked goods to local businesses, restaurants, and retail partners along assigned routes Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and represent the brand with a positive attitude

Requirements:

Prior baking, food production, or culinary experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work early morning hours, typically starting before dawn Reliable, punctual, and able to meet time-sensitive production and delivery deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
