Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to craft exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods while providing exceptional customer service. As a key contributor to our food production and presentation, you will bring creativity, precision, and enthusiasm to every task. Your expertise will help elevate our offerings and delight our guests with beautifully crafted confections and baked treats. We are an Italian/Medditeranean focused concept, Artisan Bread baking is required. Duties Prepare a wide variety of breads and desserts with attention to detail and presentation quality Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually stunning confections Package baked goods for retail display or catering orders, ensuring freshness and appeal Assist in food preparation and food handling across the kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Support food production processes by measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and baking with precision Contribute to catering events by preparing desserts that meet client specifications and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols Requirements Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts Skilled in cake decorating, food presentation, and packaging techniques Solid knowledge of food handling safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices Experience in food preparation, baking, and culinary arts within a restaurant or food industry setting Excellent knife skills, baking techniques, and familiarity with various cooking methods Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand guest preferences and deliver tailored desserts Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're eager to showcase your pastry expertise in a lively setting where creativity meets quality!
