$18.00 per hour Full Job Description State Flour Bakery is a artisan bakery in Tampa known for our small-batch production, award-winning sourdough, croissants, and fresh daily offerings. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Morning Baker to join our early-morning team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, is punctual, and values consistency and cleanliness. Prior baking experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Arrive promptly at 4:00 AM and begin the daily bake-off Bake pastries and baked goods such as croissants, cookies, scones, and muffins Assist with mixing, shaping, and prepping sourdough bread Wash dishes and maintain clean work areas throughout and after the shift Sweep and mop floors daily Follow prep lists and production schedules Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements Must be available Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong time management and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Willingness to learn and take direction Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Starting pay of $18/hour Raises based on performance and reliability.
