Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and other equipment to expertly finish garments, ensuring they meet quality standards. Handle delicate fabrics with care, applying appropriate pressing techniques to maintain garment integrity. Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing items for finishing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their garments are returned in pristine condition. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols. Accurately process transactions involving cash handling and cashiering duties when required. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Qualifications Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
